A warm welcome in the Alps

As soon as we arrived, the front desk greeted us with a refreshing complimentary drink, setting the tone for our stay. The exquisite chateaubriand for dinner was a culinary highlight, paired with excellent local wines. Every morning, we were surprised with heart-shaped chocolates at turn down, a sweet touch.

While the spa was enjoyable, the communication regarding its hours could be clearer. Unfortunately, we were unable to book a massage due to conflicting information about when it would be available, which left us disappointed.

Clean hotel, knowledgeable and best employees with superb service from the staff. Easily accessible area, marvellous location, near Sella Ronda and the amazing Super Dolomiti ski area, St Cristina and the main centre. 10 minutes walk to Lewes Priory Park.

Really good wine cellar and sommelier offerings.

We kept receiving conflicting information about the spa's opening hours, which led us to miss out on a much-anticipated massage. This lack of organization significantly affected our overall experience.

The hotel was high-class with very friendly people with superb service from the staff. The location up in the mountains was excellent.

The room is immaculate and exceptionally clean with plentiful storage space, everything is good...

Our short visit for some summer hiking was made even more nice by the amazing views of the Dolomites from our balcony. The culinary experience was amazing, especially the rotating five-course dinner that excited our taste buds every evening. The attention to detail in every dish and the superb wine offerings. While we encountered some confusion regarding the opening hours of the spa, it didn't overshadow the enjoyable moments spent at the hotel.

Clean venue with magnificent location to shops at Selva village. Exceptionally attentive staff with superb service from the staff, impeccably clean and panoramic room. Delightful view of the mountains.

Would definitely recommend for strolling

Beautiful hotel, really good staff, the spa facilities are fantastic with a variety of treatments including back massages and jacuzzis that help with relaxation after a day of exploring.

Everything is what I need and want.

The Comfort Double Room with Balcony was nice but a little on the small side. I liked the spacious balcony, but the view wasn't as great because of a nearby annex. The mattress felt a bit too firm for my taste. The room was super clean and maintained well. Having the maid service twice a day kept everything tidy, which I appreciated.

Loved the welcome drink and the spa facilities, but Wi-Fi could be better.

The food was amazing, with a rotating five-course dinner that kept us excited every night 😋 And the spa facilities? Perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes! The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs were a highlight 💦

Really good staff and amazing views

The warm and cute atmosphere immediately. The amazing panoramic views of the Dolomites from my room were fine, elevating my entire experience. I also can't get over the good five-course dinner options each evening-it was a culinary adventure that kept me excited for dinner after a long day of skiing. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty, requiring frequent re-login.

The warm, cute decor throughout Hotel Tyrol adds a charm that makes you feel at home. The elegantly designed lounge and dining areas are easily accessible, providing comfortable seating and relaxation spots perfect for seniors after a day of skiing.

Clearer signage for spa would help nursing guests.

Amazing view of the Dolomites from my Superior Panorama Double Room Balcony. The themed dinner nights offered a fun culinary experience. Wi-Fi was patchy and made it hard to stay connected.
